I am a bit silly. I think of myself as a professional laugher. I'm a wife to my amazingly silly husband...
a mom and bonus mama to two teens, a pre-teen, and a four year old... an excellent hugger... and I also have a hard time scheduling photos and printing them out for my family.
I get you, my friend.
You know what else though? I LOVE my job! Family sessions make me giggle with excitement. And weddings??? GAH, I love them SO MUCH!!! For reals, I really REALLY love what I do! I want to capture the look you share with your brand new husband... your family gathered in prayer before the mitzvah celebration begins… the hair of your two-year old flying everywhere while she jumps on the bed... the giggles of your kiddos as they’re tickled during a squish session.
My name is Audrey, and I am a lover of light and all things that create emotions. Rose Trail Images is a way for me to share my love of capturing smiles, laughter, and all the amazing in between stuff that creates our lives. I have worked with hundreds of families, lots of little ones in their first stages of life, and been a witness to SO many beautiful couples say their "I Do's". I used to be a special education teacher for 14 years, but now am able to solely focus on my clients and their experiences. I am one lucky girl.
I specialize in sessions that are more care-free, authentic, and less stressful. I ask questions, we play games, we chat about our favorite baseball team (I mean, your favorite team is the Red Sox too, right?) and before you know it, we have created magic together. I don't use props, we play games, and we take our cues from Mother Nature and the ones around us. All we need is a good quilt, a gorgeous sunset, and our loved ones around us. BOOM, done.

I view kindness as a minimum requirement for life. when we are making our art, we will make room for all of life's feelings; big and small. I hope that anyone who spends time with me feels safe to feel and express themselves fully.

if you couldn't tell already, I love to laugh! I love to infuse our sessions with tons of smiles and little jokes and aha moments that might just make us laugh so hard we cry! I want you to walk away from your session cherishing the time we spent together just as much as the photos you will take home.

There is nothing more precious in life than our loved ones and our memories. I love the process of filling my home with little mementos of days spent together. I hope that our session gives you a piece of your heart in a picture frame that, every time you pass by it in your home, you stop for just a second and remember the people and places that make your life complete.

I love nature
Many of my sessions take place in the outdoors. This means that we need to respect our environment so everyone can enjoy nature. We will practice leave no trace principles at all times during our session!
I am human
At rose trail images, I am a one woman show. As a fellow human, I also have feelings and get sick sometimes and have a family that needs lots of love. I promise to give you my all, but I am still human and will need some grace sometimes, too.
A Time Capsule
Rose Trail Images began in 2015 as a way for me to share a daily dose of joy with my friends and family to combat all the negative news we consume daily online. I loved photographing nature to pair with positive quotes on living. A Facebook page has turned into one of my life's greatest joys and passions. Audrey, my husband and I clicked from the very beginning. I have used a lot of photographers for the last couple years from really expensive to cheaper. Her talent, communication and empathy is by far the best I have ever seen. She definitely made our wedding day a moment we will never forget because the quality of the images that were taken were breath taking and something we can cherish forever.
